Cleared to B2-ready communication

Aspirants assessed, 100% below benchmark at baseline

The challenge

All 593 cabin-crew aspirants failed the required spoken-proficiency benchmark, exposing a broad language gap well below the B2 needed for safety-critical passenger communication.

The approach

An Aviation Pro pathway moved 237 A-level and 349 B-level aspirants toward B2, focused on clear briefing, confident delivery and safety-aligned communication, with over 500 assessed on articulation and fluency.

The result

98% cleared the programme with B2-ready communication, and all selected aspirants were job-ready and deployed on active flights.
