Retail - Stores, Chains & E-Commerce Support
Your footfall isn't converting.
Your customers are walking out empty-handed.
Yzerly builds the store-floor and customer-service communication capability that turns footfall into sales and first-time buyers into repeat customers.

The pain today
Five capability gaps your store and support teams carry into every customer interaction.
01
Store staff pitch products instead of understanding the need.
Result
Conversion stays flat even when footfall targets are met, and average basket size does not move because the recommendation never matched what the customer came in for.
02
Service standards vary from one outlet to the next.
Result
A customer has one experience in a metro flagship and a different one in a tier-two store. Ratings diverge, and the brand promise made in the campaign is not what gets delivered on the floor.
03
Complaint and return conversations escalate quickly.
Result
A customer who could have been won back with a calm conversation posts about the experience online instead, and win-back becomes harder than the original sale.
04
Support desks at scale amplify every weakness.
Result
At an e-commerce desk serving roughly 25 million users, a small percentage of poorly handled conversations is still an enormous absolute number of unhappy customers, and each one has a public review button.
05
Store managers are absorbed in stock and shrinkage, not coaching.
Result
New hires take longer to hit sales targets, and peak-season staff arrive undertrained exactly when footfall and visibility are at their highest.

Why solve this now
One bad interaction is enough to lose a customer who already liked you.
»
PwC's Consumer Intelligence Series found that a substantial share of customers will leave a brand they love after a small number of bad experiences, and that the human element of service is what they value most.
»
That experience is not delivered by your brand campaign or your store design. It is delivered in a two-minute conversation on the floor, by whoever happens to be standing there.

How Yzerly approaches it
FGD first. Success charter next. Measured outcome always.
We start with a manager FGD and an employee expectation-setting session. From that we evaluate each participant and create a success charter, customised to your category, your footfall pattern, and your loyalty programme design. We deliver on-site so the store-floor context stays real. Sessions are short-format, spaced across weeks, with AI-enabled practice tools between them, and measured against the success charter, not attendance and not test scores.

Communication is no rocket-science in today's age. However, what Yzerly does differently is getting to the root cause of what causes miscommunication, fine-tuning content based on business needs, and showing a visible impact at business

Frequently asked
What retail leaders ask us before we start.
Frequently asked
What retail leaders ask us before we start.
Our staff already go through a product-knowledge induction. What does this add?
Product knowledge tells them what to sell. It does not change what happens in the ninety seconds after a customer walks in. We start from your conversion and CSAT numbers rather than a syllabus: a manager FGD to hear where the floor is losing people, an evaluation of every participant, and a success charter tied to the metric you want moved. Sessions are short and spaced so people practise on live customers in between, and we measure the numbers you already review, not a feedback form.
We hire heavily for peak season. Can this work with a rotating, temporary workforce?
Yes. The design is short-format and modular precisely so it can be delivered fast during onboarding, and the success charter for seasonal hires focuses on the two or three conversations that matter most in the first month.
Can you customise for our category and store format?
Yes. Before we design anything, we run a manager connect: a focus group with the store and regional managers who own the numbers, so we hear the gap from the people who live with it daily. The success charter is then built around your category, your footfall pattern, and the formats you actually operate, not a generic retail template.
