Your guest review scores swing property to property.
Your guests might book somewhere else next time.
Yzerly builds the frontline and guest-service communication capability that turns a stay into a return visit, and a review into a referral.

The pain today
Five capability gaps your guest-facing teams carry into every guest interaction.
01
Frontline teams handle check-in as a transaction, not a welcome.
Result
Review scores on Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and TripAdvisor vary property to property, and the first three minutes of a stay, which set the tone for everything after, are handled inconsistently.
02
Complaint handling at the desk escalates instead of resolving.
Result
A guest who could have been recovered with the right conversation posts a negative review instead, and that review outlasts the refund by years.
03
Repeat-guest recognition does not happen consistently.
Result
Loyalty-programme enrolment stays low, and the repeat-guest ratio sits below what comparable properties in the same set achieve.
04
F&B and housekeeping teams cannot state and explain requests clearly.
Result
A minor operational issue that could have been explained in thirty seconds turns into a service-recovery situation and a bill written off.
05
Duty managers are absorbed in daily firefighting, not coaching.
Result
The same guest-complaint pattern repeats season after season, and new joiners inherit the same gaps instead of a corrected standard.

Why solve this now
Your review score is not a reputation metric. It is a pricing metric.
»
Research from Cornell's Center for Hospitality Research found that a property's online reputation score directly affects its pricing power, occupancy, and RevPAR. A better review score lets a hotel charge more and still fill rooms.
»
In the Indian market, HVS Anarock's industry reviews track ADR, occupancy and RevPAR across the branded hotel sector, which is where any movement in guest experience eventually shows up on your own P&L.
»
That score is written in the minutes after checkout, based on how the guest was spoken to during the stay. Which makes frontline and service communication a revenue lever, and one of the few you can move without capital expenditure.

How Yzerly approaches it
Mystery audit first. Success charter next. Measured outcome always.
We start with a mystery audit or a baseline assessment at the property, then a manager FGD and an employee expectation-setting session. From that we evaluate each participant and create a success charter, built around your brand guidelines, values, existing standards, and your guest mix. We deliver on property so the context stays real. Sessions are short-format, spaced across weeks, with AI-enabled practice tools between them, and measured against the success charter, not attendance and not test scores.

Frequently asked
What Hospitality & Leisure leaders ask us before we start.
Frequently asked
What Hospitality & Leisure leaders ask us before we start.
Our team already goes through annual training at our internal academy. How will this add value?
Your academy teaches the brand standard, and it should. What an annual session cannot tell you is which conversations are costing you review scores this quarter. We start from your actual guest data: a mystery audit or baseline at the property, your review and complaint patterns, and a manager FGD on where recovery is failing. The success charter is then tied to the score you want moved. Annual training happens once; our sessions are short and spaced so the team practises with live guests in between, and we measure what your property already tracks, not a feedback form.
Can you customise for our brand standard and guest mix?
Yes. Before we design anything, we run a manager connect: a focus group with the managers who own the guest experience, so we hear the gap from the people who live with it daily. We build it around your brand guidelines, values, existing standards, and the guest mix, whether that is domestic leisure, business, or international, not a generic hospitality template.
Our teams work rotating shifts and we cannot pull people off the floor in peak season. How does delivery work?
Sessions are short-format and built around your roster, not against it. We run them on property, in batches that fit your shift pattern, and the AI-enabled practice tools let people rehearse between sessions without losing a full day on the floor. In peak season we stagger the cohort so guest coverage is never affected, and where you run several properties the diagnostic runs property by property so you can see exactly where the variance sits.
